Every client I work with comes to me with established competencies and things they'd like to get better at, and that's exactly how it should be. No one person has it all "figured out"; as humans, we're a constantly evolving set of skills. Part of what we'll define upfront is what you feel you're proficient at and what you feel needs work. Then, we'll evaluate if there are ways you could be approaching your proficiencies even more effectively and create a session-by-session plan to improve your capabilities in the areas you don't feel as confident in.

The impact of positive habits and thoughtful behaviors in our lives cannot be overstated. Most of us have experienced the opposite as well - the destructive or counterproductive effect of negative habits or mindless behavior. Our goal is to evaluate whether or not you have any current habits or behaviors that are in fact standing in your way or actively working against you, and then transform those into habits and behaviors that are serving you. We'll also implement new routines that will support your goals and bolster your life vision even more.
Whether you're facing a personal or professional barrier, we all have things that hold us back from achieving at the level we'd like to. And often times, we blame our lack of advancement on external factors. During our coaching sessions, we'll practice taking ownership and responsibility for barriers and brainstorm ways we can use this new sense of agency to create a sustainable change in our environment or relationships. You'll learn how to see obstacles as an area for growth and an opportunity to be resourceful instead of a big, red STOP sign.
